DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 Delivery times are normally between 5 – 7 working and delivered by courier which will require a signature. Delivery on SPECIALS may take up to 6 weeks due to the SPECIALS being made to order at the time of ordering. We will call you when the SPECIAL is ready for dispatch.

BACK ORDERS

If the splodge clock colour of your choice is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you within 24 hours and give you the choice of putting it on back order for dispatch as soon as it comes into stock or a refund of the item.

RETURNS POLICY 

Please check your splodge clock on delivery. Although each and every clock is personally polished and checked before dispatch, we do understand that accidents can happen in transit. Please let us know within 3 days of receipt otherwise we will have no liability for clocks to be damaged or faulty on delivery. When returning clock please return in the original packaging ( Our packaging has been specially commissioned and designed just for the splodge clocks) Failure to do this will nul and void the returns policy. Please send back via a signed postal service for your own proof of delivery back to us.

Postage will be reimbursed if the clock is delivered damaged to you.

GUARANTEE

We offer a simple 7 day money back guarantee. If the clock is not quite what you require then please notify us by e-mail or letter ( stating the reason for return ) within 7 days of receipt. We will then refund the cost. When refunding in this way, postage is not reimbursed.
